They had approaced Aditech plastics for developing a new experience through product/service for these hotels The client expected the product/service to satisfy the customer needs. Through extensive research we found a scope for automatingthe restaurant experience for the customers. The concept came through that process could be much easier by having a product that notifies the concerned person instead of the customer waiting and looking out for him. was an amazing uxd project and the outcome was personally as well as for the client very satisfactory.
